We had aeration and overseed today, and I have asked in the past about problem areas where grass wasn't growing. Today, Dan took it upon himself to rake up moss that he saw preventing grass before overseeding a problem area, rather than ignore it. I was very impressed, and also thought it was thoughtful that his co-worker was blowing off the driveway at the end of the job-I hadn't seen that done in quite some time. I wanted to tip them, but had no cash in the house. They both worked very hard today, and I hope that good reviews really does pay off in tips for good work! ~ B C

I recommend Lawn Doctor. Their employees are very friendly, considerate, and knowledgable about lawns and the treatments that they apply. Today Rob Stanley applied a grub proofing product that is not harmful to bees and other pollinators. Doing no harm to the environment is important to me. Rob is very friendly and was kind to our two black labrador dogs. I'm pleased with Lawn Doctor. I feel they offer a broad portfolio of services at a fair price. ~ Terry S

Jesse was great. She completed our first lawn application of the year, along with tick and mosquito control. When she finished, she knocked on the door to let us know she will be our lawn care technician for the entire season and went over what she did. She asked if I had any questions or concerns. We did not. This is a fabulous lawn care company and we are pleased to have Jesse as our technician. ~ Christine W

Lawn Dr is great! For the same price as you going to Home Depot buying the fertilizer and weed killer, that's if you even get the right stuff, they come and get it done while you watch. Today I was serviced by Daniel who is another great tech. I talked to him about weeds and grass etc Always a pleasure to be serviced by Lawn Doctor, I highly recommend them. ~ Spartacus

Jon B is an outstanding technician and took the time to explain the fertilization process, what to expect and what to do if our lawn does not respond to the treatment. He also was meticulous concerning property lines; both in knowing where they are and in application of the fertilizer. My Lawn Doctor, D'Andre Weston, was out this morning for my Home Pest service and he did a great job like Lawn Doctor always does. I never see any bugs flying outside when I'm enjoying the nice weather or working in the yard. The biggest plus is those nasty pests are never indoors because they spray the foundation as well. Dan was very professional and communicated ahead of the treatment to tell us when the treatment would be so we could prepare the lawn prior to the treatment. He also called us after the treatment to explain the treatment and the expected results. Communication is very important to me. So I really appreciated Dan's communication. ~ Mike L

First season using lawn doctor and could not be more pleased with their service. Vast difference in my yard. The text alerts prior to the service so you are aware they are coming are great. Alex and Matt showed up to fill in some parts of the lawn that weren’t seated. I spoke to both of these gentlemen they are true professionals. Not only did they fix the two spots that I brought their attention to. They walked the property and fixed more of them that I did not see. Very happy with Lawn Doctor ~ Matthew B

On my 3 rd year now and the lawn never looked better. For early spring so, so few weeds from all the other years past and crab grass is nonexistent . I was not watching to see if Chris covered every bit of the lawn properly. But now it's been several days, it looks like he did cover everything. The lime has the lawn real green and growing healthy and looking real good - except for the many holes in the lawn that have been there for many many years. ~ Jon P

Scott was great! He was out there in the bitter cold and took care of spreading a good amount of tick deterrent around all the perimeters of our yard. Called multiple times and they hung up on me each time. Don’t waste your time trying to contact them. They don’t answer their phone. You’re right. I called between 1:30 and 2……I’ll delete my one star then. I thought for sure someone was answering and hanging up on me each time. ~ CJ 7

Chris came and applied fertilizer and weed control to our yard. I had a conversation with him and explained part of the yard I had raked the moss out and seeded and he explained why he would leave that area alone. Chris was a very nice young man who was very efficient doing his job. ~ Elizabeth M
